|200 word blurb about you (a quick fun piece on your involvement in athletics and your life outside of it)
I have been in the sport for 16 years. I was (and always will be) a Windsor Lancer, and I enjoyed every minute of varsity athletics. I previously competed in the 100m hurdles (and the 60m, 100m, 200m, 300m, 60mH), but I now compete in the 400m hurdles and am training full time to make the Olympic team this summer.
I graduated from the University of Windsor in 2012, and am currently working part time as a registered nurse in long term care. When I am not training, I enjoy reading and cooking – both keep my mind relaxed and sharp. One of my favourite things about Athletics is the many places I get to travel and the people/competitors I meet!
