Athletics Ontario promotes road running and provides runners of all ages and abilities the opportunity to achieve personal excellence through programs and services founded on the principles of safety and fair play.

The AO logo is your guide to quality racing, the official accreditation symbol of AO. By displaying this logo & accreditation number on race entry forms the race director signifies compliance with AO standards of quality. An extensive checklist of factors is questioned, like the availability of medical personnel, course marking, course measurement, fluid replacement stations, separation from vehicle traffic, washrooms, availability of results, etc. Watch for this logo when making your choice!
