Dear Branches, Coaches and Staff,

We are now inviting expression-of-interests letters from volunteer event coaches and managers for the 2015 National Team Events. This year, the staffing call will be available on-line where you can click on the following link and select the priority sequence, based on how you feel your skills and experiences would positively contribute to the success of the team.

I would like to ask all branches, coaches and staff to pass this along to anyone that would be interested in applying for the volunteer positions listed on the link below.  Please click here and you will see the following:

–  Coaching Volunteer section where you as a coach can select priority and coaching specialized area for that event
–  Team Manager Volunteer section where you can select the priority of interest for the teams
–  Personal information form where we ask you to submit all of the information so we have this on file
–  ‘Background Checks Policy’ and ‘Member Conduct Policy’ we will need a member conduct completed on an annual basis from any staff
–  As a coach, you must be in good standing with Coaches of Canada – (this cost will be at your own expense)
–  Police Record check must be updated and validated (this cost will be at your own expense)

The deadline to apply for a coaching or team manager volunteer position is October 10th 2014.
