In recent years he has held various senior positions with several Ontario municipalities.  Previously, he spent almost 20 years in senior leadership positions with the Government of Ontario, including the Ministries of Community Safety and Correctional Services, Environment, and Tourism, Culture, and Sport.

• Enjoyed a 30-year career in the Ontario Public Service, with the Ministry of Community and Social Services and, more recently, with the Ministry of Children and Youth Services
