Athletics Ontario is extremely pleased to announce that this year’s Awards banquet will be taking place on Saturday September 28 at the Toronto Don Valley Hotel & Suites. The evening will be highlighted by Guest Speaker, ’84 Olympic silver medalist in the 4x400m, Molly Killingbeck. Additionally, Molly won 2 Commonwealth gold medals and 2 Pan Am silver medals and recently held the position of National Relays & Sprints Program Coach at Athletics Canada.

The awards gala will include presentations to over 40 athlete award winners in all of our event categories (Sprints/Hurdles, Distance, Throws, Jumps and Combined Events) and age categories (Bantam, Midget, Youth, Junior, Senior and Masters), in addition to the Athletics Ontario Hall of Fame Inductees and Ontario Masters 2013 Hall of Fame Inductees. The evening will include a reception with a cash bar and silent auction beginning at 3:00 pm, the banquet will begin at 4:30 pm with Hall of Fame Induction ceremony, awards presentations, and buffet dinner. The evening will wrap up at approximately 8:00 pm. Get your tickets today before the event sells out. The deadline for purchasing tickets is Monday September 23.
