AO Indoor Championship Series Meet #3 (U18 + Open)

This weekend, Athletics Ontario will host its third Indoor Championship Series Meet, the U18 and Open Provincial Championships. We have more than 1,000 event entries, and some incredible talent lined up to compete. Taking place at the Toronto Track and Field Centre, athletes in the U18 and Open age categories will compete for indoor provincial titles in the following events:

U18 – 60m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 60mH, 3000mW, HJ, PV, LJ, TJ, SP, WT, Medley Relay.

OPEN – 60m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 60mH, 3000mW, 5000mW, HJ, PV, LJ, TJ, SP, WT, Medley Relay.

Important Information

Athletes, the final schedule is now available. Please review the check in windows for track events, and do not forget to check-in. You will not be allowed to compete if you don’t check in. Please note that a check-in is not required for relays. 

You may also view the performance lists here. Please review the performance list to ensure that all athletes are correctly registered.  

Please read the technical information provided in great detail as we have made some changes from previous meets.

Coaches, please ensure your membership is up to date for the current year. Coaches with expired memberships will not be admitted. As long as your membership is active for the year, you will have access to a coaches pass. Please ensure that you wear your identification at all times throughout the meet.

Spectators, there will be a $5 spectator fee per day. Please keep in mind there is limited space in the viewing gallery.

 Riley Flemington – Oakville Legion T.F.C.

  • 2019 Athletics Ontario All-Ontarian 
  • 2019 Athletics Ontario U16 Male Athlete of the Year
  • 2019 OFSAA Provincial Champion in the 800m (1:56.17s) and the 1500m (4:06.56s)
  • Recently won both the 800m and 1500m at the 2020 Athletics Ontario Indoor Meet #2.

Madison Wilson-Walker – London Western T.F.C.

  • 2019 Athletics Ontario Female Para Athlete of the Year
  • 2019 Athletics Ontario All-Ontarian

  • Competed at the 2019 Parapan Am Games in Lima, Peru

Aiyanna-Brigitte Stiverne – Unattached Quebec

  • Part of the mixed gender 4x400m relay team that set a Canadian record (3.17.76s) at the 2019 Outdoor  IAAF World Relay Championship
  • Team Quebec and Team Canada Member
  • 2018 NACAC Championship Silver Medalist in the 400m
  • Recently Set an Indoor Personal Best in the 60m with a time of 7.47s

Marcus Renford – Centro Scuola T.F.C.

  • Competing in the Open Men’s 200m, 60m, and Long Jump
  • 2018 Athletics Ontario All-Ontario
  • Personal Bests: 60m (7.10s), 200m (22.11s), Long Jump (6.83m)

Audrey McCarthy – Peterborough Legion Track Club

  • 2019 Indoor Provincial 3000m Race Walk Champion, she also set a new U18 provincial record with a time of 14:58.56  
  • 2018 Canadian Legion National 3000m Race Walk Champion 
  • 2018 Canadian National U20 10,000m Race Walk Champion (Won at the age of 15)
