Athletics Ontario Coach Mentorship Program
The Athletics Ontario Coach Mentorship Program focuses on commitment to coaching education and personal coaching goals, with a structured plan to help your progress.
Successful mentee applicants gain access to an experienced mentor that will be accessible to you through phone calls, emails, and in person tutoring (where available), and financial assistance towards coaching educational goals
The program runs annually, with applications occurring every March.

Coach Bursary Program
Up to a maximum of $500 per individual in the fiscal year (April 1-March 31) will be available to cover up to 75% of eligible course registration fees (workshop training) and up to 90% for completion of certification process (portfolio + evaluation).

High Risk Safety Videos
With support from the Coaches Association of Ontario, Athletics Ontario has targeted “Higher Risk” events that pose potential concerns to coaching Track & Field. These instructional videos are to be used as a resource tool to help coaches with Rules, Specific Warm Up, Safety, Teaching Progressions, Error detection-correction, and Training Methods.
