Athletics Ontario is committed to supporting the needs and safety of our members and encourages everyone to stay well informed of the COVID-19 situation. We have introduced weekly town hall conference calls for our coaches and club affiliates where we will provide updates on what is happening regarding relevant topics and some potential planning for the future. Please visit our AO Town Hall page for information on past and future town hall meetings. For home workout ideas from fellow Ontario athletes, check out our Continuing Through COVID resource page.

At this point we are looking at all outdoor sanctioned events and anticipating that all events in May will be cancelled or postponed, you should plan for that and we will update our website shortly. There is a strong likelihood that events in June will also be cancelled or postponed, especially the AO Championship events.

During this time of self-isolation and social distancing, we encourage our coaches to embrace all of the available NCCP Coaching Education Professional Development Opportunities. Please visit our Coaching Courses page to view the full list of opportunities.
