Reporting to the Executive Director, Athletics and Physical Activity the incumbent is responsible for overseeing the University of Toronto Track Club within established University guidelines, policies and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: athlete recruitment, track and field program athlete management, human resources and financial management, sport development, athlete development, community development and acts as a technical resource.
