This year’s Ontairo Cross Country Championships will be split into 3 regions. The Western Region Championships wil be held at Fanshawe Park Golf Course in London!

AGE CATEGORIES: U14, U16, U18, U20, Open, Masters (30+)
ENTRY DEADLINE: November 11 @ 11:59PM.
ENTRIES: Entries must be completed on Trackie. Athletes must be full competative members. Any recreational members must upgrade toa full membership in order to compete.

U12 & U14 – 2km
U16 – 4km
U18 & U20 – 6km
Open – 8km
Masters – 4km
AWARDS: Awards will be given for each region, rather than on a provincial level. There will be no awards ceremonies on site this year. Digital certificates will be awarded to the top 3 finishers and teams of each age division, for each region.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Athletes will be placed in start waves based on seed performance. Athletes will run from fastest to slowest.
