Out of Country Athletes: Athletes outside of Canada will need to contact the meet director, Randolph Fajardo for entry to the championship. Please review the technical package for all required details needed to expedite your entry into the Ontario Championships.

Track: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 2000m, 3000m, 5000m, 100mH, 110mH, 400mH, 2000m SC, 3000m SC, 5000m RW
Field: High Jump, Pole Vault, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Hammer Throw, Javelin Throw
Relay: 4x100m, 4x400m, 4x800m
