2019 Athletics Ontario and Ontario Masters Association Cross Country Championships
Hosted by: Newmarket Huskies

Date: November 10, 2019
Location: King City, Ontario

The Athletics Ontario and Ontario Masters Athletics will once again return to Seneca’s King Campus and will feature a challenging course for all participants. Runners can expect muddy conditions on the route that goes by the lake, heavy forest and a steep incline through the longer 3k loop. This route should be an extreme and edgier style of course that the IAAF is looking for in it’s cross country events.
