Athletics Ontario Will Announce All-Ontarians
Athletics Ontario is excited to announce that they will be selecting All-Ontarians again this year. Similar to previous years, the top athletes in their respective age, gender, and event disciplines will be identified. Then, instead of selecting one winner, those athletes are to be named All-Ontarians for the year. Athlete of the Year Awards will be presented to the top Male and Female athlete in each age group (U14, U16, U18, U20, Open, Para, Masters).
All-Ontarians are selected based on their overall performance for the year and their participation and performance at National and International track meets. The 2019 All-Ontarians were announced (view the list here) and received their awards at the 2019 event. The same format will be used in 2020.
Special Recognition Nominations:
The nomination period for 2020 will open in July.
