- U14, U16, U18 Athletes: Nominations close August 11, 2024
- Non-Athlete Awards (Official, Volunteer, Nyron Higgins Excellence in Athlete Development and Coaching Award (NHEADCA), Other Special Award/Media/Breakthrough): Nominations close August 18, 2024
- U20, Open & Masters Athletes: Nominations close August 31, 2024
- Para Athletes: Nominations close September 9, 2024
- Athlete of the Year Awards will be presented to the top male and female athletes in each age group – U14, U16, U18, U20, Open, Para, and Masters.
