Ontario Indoor U16 & U20 Championships

Athletes

• This championship includes all individual events for the U16 and U20 divisions, as well as the Sprint Medley Relay (200m – 200m – 400m – 800m).
• Athletes from outside of Canada must contact AO Operations to enter the competition.

• Coaches & Associates will need to register here for a coaches pass to access the fieldhouse. Only coaches and associates, registered in 2025 who are in “ISSUED” Status will be able to access the fieldhouse during the championship.
• Coaches from any Branch of Athletics Canada can use the registration link above to register for a Coaches pass
• Out-of-country coaches will need to email [email protected]

To register for the championship please click HERE. Athletes in the U16 division may register for U18 events and U20 atheltes may register for Open events. Entry standards will be needed for any younger divisions looking to compete at the championship.

• Refunds for scratches will be accepted up until the Wednesday prior to the start of the championship. Scratches made after the regular entry deadline must be emailed to Randolph Fajardo – [email protected] for the refund to be processed.
• All 2025 registered Athletics Canada competitive member will be eligible to register for this event. Out of country athletes must email AO Operations – [email protected] to enter this championship. Please send over your full name, year of birth, and membership number from your state/provincial/national organization.
• All atheltes will be charged a $2 AC Levey.

• Late Deadline: Monday, February 24 @ 10:00 AM EST 
  • Athletics Ontario reserves the right to accept entries after the late deadline and if it does not cause a disruption to the conduct of the meet.

• Please note that the U16 events are available to athletes born between 2010 – 2013 and the U20 events are available to athletes born between 2006 – 2009. Athletes born before those ranges will need to have achieved entry standards outlined on the technical package.
• Relay cards will be available at the timing/results table. You can also download the template to print your own here.
  • Failure to submit a relay card will result in the relay team being scratched from the race.
  • Relay cards are due 90-minutes prior to the start of each scheduled relay race.
• Track athletes are to check-in with officials at the start line prior to the scheduled start time of an event.
  • There will be a declaration process in for the 200m on Sunday afternoon by the entrance to the fieldhouse. Athletes must declare that they will be running the 200m no later than 60-minutes before the scheduled start of each age group. Fialure to declare for the 200m will result in a scratch from the event.
• Field athletes are to check-in with officials at their field event before the event starts.
  • If an athlete needs to scratch from an event once the championship has begun, please advise the timing/results table as soon as possible.
