Athletics Ontario held a Sport Coach Clinic this past Saturday, April 18th at the David Braley Athletic Centre at McMaster University. Participants gained knowledge on long term athlete development and received  hands on experience in jumps, throws, endurance, or sprints and hurdles from experienced coaches and learning facilitators.
