TAKE NOTICE THAT an Annual General Meeting of the members in good standing of ATHLETICS ONTARIO will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at the Sport Alliance of Ontario, 3 Concorde Gate, Toronto, ON M3C 3N7, Boardrooms 3 & 4 at 12:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

(a) to receive and consider the annual report containing the report of the Board of Directors and the financial statements of the Association made up of a balance sheet, as at March 31, 2014 and statements of income and deficit changes in financial position for the year then ended, together with the auditor’s report thereon;

(b) to appoint auditors and authorize the directors to fix their remuneration;

(c) to consider and confirm the imposition of dues, fees or assessments payable by members;

(d) to consider and confirm By-law amendments;

(e) to elect members as Directors; and

(f) to transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
