We are so thrilled to have had so many of our Team Ontario athletes named to upcoming national teams. There are three major international meets taking place this summer, which will all feature Team Ontario athletes. The 2019 Summer Universiade FISU Games, the U18/U23 NACAC Games, and the U20 Pan American Games.
2019 Summer Universiade FISU Team
The 2019 Summer Universiade (FISU) Games will be taking place from July 3-14, 2019 in Napoli, Italy. This will be the 30th anniversary of this event, first beginning more than six decades ago. It will feature more than 9,000 athletes and delegates from 128 countries. Check out the Team Ontario athletes who will be representing our country next month:

U18/U23 NACAC Games
The U18/U23 NACAC Games teams were announced last week by Athletics Canada. This year’s event will be taking place on July 5-7, 2019 in Mexico. We have four Team Ontario athletes included in the list of Team Canada athletes who will be travelling to represent our country in the sport of Athletics.

U20 Pan American Games
The U20 Pan American Games will be taking place this year in Costa Rica, from July 19-21. Athletics Canada announced last week as well, the list of athletes who will be traveling to represent Canada in the competition, and we are so excited to have seven Team Ontario athletes named to the team.
