The Ontairo Indoor Masters Championships is back at the Toronto Track and Field Centre.

General Information
- This championship is for the Master divisions starting at 30 years of age. Open athletes between the age of 20 and 29 are able to register for this meet but will not be part of awards or club scores.

- Please note the change to club scoring for indoor Masters Championships
- The top 6 athletes in male and female ranked by age graded percent, in each event will score for their Ontario Clubs for the Brian Keaveney Trophy. Unattached athletes will not receive points/will not displace club athletes for club trophy points.

Track Events: 60m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 3000mRW, 3000mRW, 60mH
Field Events: High Jump, Pole Vault, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Weight Throw (Masters Only)
Relay: 4x200m, 4x400m, 4x800m
NOTE: The Runner’s Academy will be offering free care at the meet with treatment tables for athletes to receive before or after their events
